PLEASE NOTE:
Items being shipped to persons in correctional institutions are subject to the regulations of the individual facilities. PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN that the items ordered are allowable in that facility (Contact the institution for this information, if you do not know). Some facilities will ONLY allow items purchased through their Chaplain's office.
Once an order is shipped, we provide tracking numbers. We have no control over the receipt of the order once it leaves our hands. Tracking information will tell you when it has left the hands of the USPS (or other shipper), but it does not guarantee how long the facility may take to deliver the items to the intended receipient.
If an order is REFUSED by the facility and retruned to us (in original condition), a 15% restocking fee will be accessed to any refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable.
